All orders are packed from our retail store in Norman Park, Brisbane. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of them being placed. You will recieve status and tracking updates via email that you used to place the order.
We ship Australia wide using AusPost. General delivery timeframes for Australia, from the date of dispatch are:
Standard post (2-6 business days) Express post (1-3 business days)
These may vary depending on delays and issues within the AusPost network.
For in-store pickups, you'll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
When you place your order through our website, shipping fees will be shown at the checkout, before you confirm your purchase. Postage costs are calculated based on size, weight, and distance.
We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders of $200 or more (excluding heavy/bulky items). The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
We do our best to maintain accurate inventory and pricing on our website. However, as our products are also available in our retail store, there may be rare occasions when an item sells out before the online inventory is updated. While we make every effort to prevent this, if an item is unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
