Returns and Exchanges
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Should you feel the item ordered is not right for you, we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note, or a full refund, providing the item is returned to us in it's original state, with any tags still attached. Any returned item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns if the item does not meet these conditions. Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge.

To receive a full refund, please contact us and return the item within 7 days of receipt. This policy applies to full-priced items only, as sale items are non-refundable.
Please note, we do not offer full refunds for change of mind on breakable and fragile items, as we cannot guarantee they will be returned to us undamaged. If you live in Brisbane and can return the item to the store personally and undamaged, we are happy to refund the item.
We recommend using registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. All items must be returned at the expense of the customer.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. We offer store credits and exchanges for most change of mind purchases.
Please note, we do not offer postal exchanges or returns for change of mind on breakable and fragile items, as we cannot guarantee they will be returned to us undamaged.Exchanges can be made in-store or by post. For postal exchanges, return shipping and the shipping of the new item(s) will be at your expense. To arrange an exchange, please email hello@poppshop.com.au.

We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. If any item is damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible, as we must lodge a claim within 24 hours of delivery.

All Gift Cards are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cash refunds are not available for items purchased with a gift card. Instead, a new gift card will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.
