Bottom notes of Amber and Cedarwood.

Incense is hand dipped in Victoria with Australian Blended Essential Oils Fragrance and Ethanol.

As a full-time working mom of two boys, founder Sophie struggled to disconnect from work and be present with her family. In 2020, she started burning incense as a daily ritual to unwind and find moments of stillness amidst the hustle and bustle. This inspired her to createThis is Incense. One thing led to another and now Gentle Habits is the overarching brand that encompasses This is Incense as well as many other exciting, thought-provoking (and incredibly smelling) ritual tools.

Place incense stick in holder and ignite the tip. Burn for 5 seconds and then blow out the flame, allowing the stick to smoulder and fragrance the air. To extinguish dip stick in water or press top against hard heat resistant surface.

Incense sticks are delicate, handle with care.

Each box contains 60 sticks. Each stick burns for approx. 20 mins = total approx 30 hour incense burning time.
