Produced in small batches in Central Queensland, their ingredients are locally sourced, with hydroponically grown chillies thriving on just water, nutrients, and sunshine. Their commitment to quality means these sauces are perfect for savory dishes, sweet treats, or straight from the jar. It all started when Tom built a hydroponic system from an old dining table, sparking a flavourful journey.

Perfect for drizzling over your next brekky roll, crafting finger-licking burnt ends, or creating irresistibly smoky pulled pork.
